Henry H. Horn is the Principal and Broker-Officer of Horn & Co.  A California native all of his life, Henry has been a San Francisco Bay Area resident for over 16 years. Henry has a very dynamic career background – which includes starting his first business in retail at age 18, launching and running an Internet company, working for a Fortune 100 company as one of its top Strategic Account Managers, owning a successful Insurance agency, and founding his current Real Estate services brokerage. Over the span of his career, Henry has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the small business sector, as well as the corporate arena, which he applies directly to his current management role at Horn & Co. and to each and every transaction that he is personally involved in.

He started his real estate career at Bay Valley Capital, a commercial real estate firm that specialized in financing, buying and selling commercial property and land investments.  Henry was also responsible for the company’s property management division and managed a multi-million dollar client real estate portfolio.  In 2005, Henry set out to create Horn & Co. as a boutique brokerage that would be able to offer clients more solutions for their real estate needs.  His goal for the company was to grow it large enough to handle a steady volume of transactions, yet keep it small enough to be able to offer every individual client the highest level of customer service possible.  Over years, Henry has established Horn & Co. into one of the most diversified real estate firms in San Francisco, offering residential and commercial real estate and lending services. Henry H. Horn and Horn & Co. Real Estate is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Henry is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and he holds a CA Dept. of Real Estate Brokers License. Henry is actively involved in mentoring, training and assisting his agents with their real estate and lending transactions, as well as, working with his own clients.  He loves working with people and understands the importance of building strong and lasting relationships with his industry partners and valued clients.

An entrepreneur by nature, Henry is an investor in several private companies.  In his spare time, he enjoys watching films, reading a good novel and being with his friends and family.  When the opportunity arises, he also loves to travel, whether it be for a short weekend trip or on vacation visiting new and different countries throughout the world.
