I have known Henry H. Horn of Horn & Co. Financial for 7 years now, first as my colleague at a company we worked at together and then as my manager there. Henry is an honest, smart, and hard working professional. I had that impression of him from the beginning. Over the years, he has proven to be solid in these qualities and more.
Most recently, he helped my husband and I refinance our home. I trusted him completely to do the best job he could for me. I knew that he would be honest and have integrity. There were no hidden fees or costs. He was professional and thorough and explained everything about our refinancing in detail to me. Henry H. Horn of Horn & Co. Financial definitely exceeded our expectations. His attention to customer service is exceptional. He isn't one of those brokers who lets you what the rate is and then hurries you to close. He followed the market and sent us an interest rate update everyday so we knew when the rates were best to take advantage of.
We ran into more than a few hurdles in meeting conditions in this time of tight lending. Henry worked tirelessly to help us resolve any issues that arose and persistently followed through to ensure that our refinance was sealed. We especially appreciated the extra time he spent to address our questions.
We have a one year old daughter and often do not get around to asking those questions during the day. But even when we sent him emails late at night, not expecting to hear back until the next day, he would reply promptly with the answers right away.
